Takeout Toss Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 5, 2026 · Developer: Takeout Toss Games
This policy explains what information the mobile game Takeout Toss ("the game", "we", "us") collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. The game is published by Takeout Toss Games. If you have any questions, contact us at info@takeouttoss.com.
- You don't create an account, and we never ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or location.
- Your progress is saved on your device.
- We use Google services for ads, anonymous usage statistics, crash reports and in-app purchases. These collect device and usage information as described below.
- You can turn off usage statistics and crash reports at any time in Settings → Share usage data.
- We don't sell your personal information.
1. Information stored on your device
The game saves your progress on your device: scores, tips, purchases made with in-game tips, unlocked items, trophies, statistics, daily-job and login-streak progress, and your settings. This information stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the game. If you use the in-game backup feature, a copy of your saved progress is stored as described in section 2.5.
2. Information collected through Google services
2.1 Gameplay statistics (Google Firebase Analytics)
If Share usage data is switched on (the default), the game sends anonymous gameplay events to Google Firebase Analytics so we can see how the game is played, fix problems and balance difficulty. Examples of events: starting a run, finishing a day (day number, score, deliveries), game over, using the tutorial, buying an upgrade or item with in-game tips, watching a rewarded ad, claiming the daily bonus, unlocking a trophy, and changing settings. Firebase also collects automatically:
- an app-instance identifier (a random ID for this installation of the game),
- device model, operating system version, screen size, language and app version,
- approximate country or region (derived from your IP address; the IP address itself is not stored by Analytics),
- session information such as when the game was opened and how long it was used.
2.2 Crash and error reports (Google Firebase Crashlytics)
If Share usage data is switched on, crash reports and error logs are sent to Google Firebase Crashlytics. A report includes technical details such as the error message and where in the game it happened, device model, operating system version, available memory and storage, app version, and a random installation identifier. Reports do not include your name or contact details.
2.3 Rewarded ads (Google AdMob)
The game offers optional rewarded video ads (for example, "watch an ad for free tips"). Ads are only shown when you choose to watch one. Google AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads, in order to deliver ads, measure them and prevent fraud. Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), the game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown; you can change your choice at any time from the consent option in Settings. If you buy the Supporter Pack, rewards are granted without showing ads.
You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device).
2.4 In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)
The optional Supporter Pack is sold through Google Play. Payments are handled entirely by Google; we never see or store your card or payment details. We only receive a confirmation that the purchase was made so we can unlock it in the game.
2.5 Leaderboards and cloud backup (Google Play Games)
Where the game offers Google Play Games sign-in and you choose to sign in, your scores may be posted to the game's leaderboards together with your Play Games profile name and avatar, which other players can see. If you use Back up progress, a copy of your saved progress is stored in your Google account's Play Games saved-games storage. If you don't sign in, leaderboards and backups stay on your device only.
3. How we use information
- to run the game and save your progress;
- to find and fix crashes and bugs;
- to understand which parts of the game are fun, too hard or too easy, and improve them;
- to show the rewarded ads you choose to watch and to process purchases;
- to prevent fraud and abuse.
We do not use this information to identify you personally, and we do not sell or rent it.
4. Who information is shared with
We share information only with the service providers listed above, which process it on our behalf and under their own privacy terms:
| Service | Provider | Purpose | Their policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics | Google LLC | Usage statistics, crash reports | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| AdMob | Google LLC | Rewarded ads | policies.google.com/technologies/ads |
| Google Play Billing & Play Games | Google LLC | Purchases, leaderboards, backups | policies.google.com/privacy |
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our players or others.
5. How long information is kept
Information on your device is kept until you uninstall the game. Analytics data is kept for 2 months under our Firebase settings, and crash reports for up to 90 days. Data held by Google for ads and Play services is kept according to Google's policies.
6. Your choices and rights
- Usage data: switch off Settings → Share usage data to stop sending gameplay statistics and crash reports.
- Ads: rewarded ads are always optional. You can change ad-personalization consent in Settings (where offered) and manage your advertising ID in your device settings.
- Deleting data: uninstalling the game deletes everything stored on your device. To ask us to delete analytics or crash data linked to your installation, or to exercise any other privacy right you have under the law where you live (such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act), email info@takeouttoss.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Children
Takeout Toss is suitable for all ages but is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
Information sent to Google services is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we only use reputable providers and collect as little information as we can.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, let players know in the game or on the store listing.
